Here are the newer photos we took while on our home inspection on 7/2. Now we just need to figure out how we can afford to fence the yard, pull up the pink carpet, and paint the pastel striped walls!

lower
level.
Please
take
a

savor
the
striped
paneling.
It
looks
a
lot
more
yellow
in
these
photos,
but
the
walls
are
actually
sponge-painted
mint
green,
with
alternating
stripes
of
mintgreen/lavender.
THIS
IS
THE
FIRST
ROOM
WE
ARE
PAINTING.

The
seller
asked
us
if
we
wanted
this
sales
counter.
We
declined.

| This
is
an
8'
sliding
glass
door
to
the
concrete
patio
below
the
deck.
We
plan
on
putting
all
of
our
shelving
along
this
wall
-
all
27'
of
it.
My
desk
will
probably
be
in
this
corner,
partially
in
front
of
the
door
that
doesn't
slide.

window
is
to
the
front
(entirely
above
ground,
below
the
'secret'
deck).
Note
the
VERY
attractive
carpet
-
half
in
brown
and
half
is
pink
(to
match
upstairs).
We
also
hope
we
can
find
the
money
to
pull
this
up
in
a
hurry!

like

replace
the
shower
with
a
full
tub
sometime
down
the
line.
